In the beginning there was Babyliss

It can only take a truly phenomenal event to inspire another hopeful writer to create a blog; and that event took place in the basement bar of Soho House last week.  As I nervously walked down the stairs, not sure what to expect, I was greeted and welcomed into a fashion and beauty extravaganza hosted by Henry Holland and Adam Reed.

As I was welcomed into a whirl wind of champagne, canapés and journalists, I couldn’t help but notice the volume of waves exuding from the top of the model’s head.  As I sat down, champagne in hand, I was blown away by Adam Reed’s demonstration on how he achieved this look.  It appears that Babyliss have created a hair dryer that can master anything from large flowing waves to smooth and slicked back hair. At first I was sceptical that any invention could smooth out my thick curly mane (I have my mother to thank for that), however I was proven wrong when I tried Babyliss’ new Italian AC dryer.  Finally there is a product that can achieve a smooth straight look without a flat iron, something that I am personally excited about. I’m so happy I can put mine down and give my hair a well deserved rest.  The Babyliss Italian AC Dryer comes with everything you need, including three heat settings, two speed settings and a cold setting. Not only is it extremely efficient, it is also travel friendly. Although I love my old hair dryer it’s too big and bulky. The Babyliss Italian AC is small and light so is perfect for the gym or wherever you wish.

Although I am sad to say goodbye to my old 10 year old hair dryer, I am proud to place my new Babyliss on my dresser.  Out with the old and in with the new.  I suggest you do the same.

The Italian AC Dryer is available from Argos from the 25th May.
